How Does it Work?
🐘 The Process
We will take the time to get to know your dietary preferences, restrictions and needs.
Your personal postpartum chef will formulate meal selections based on what's discussed!
You will choose 4 meals to be prepped during your session and choose whether or not you want the meals double batched!
You'll receive a grocery list of all items needed for the meal prep session or your chef will shop for you before the session!
🐘 The Service
Your Personal Chef makes her way around your kitchen and prepares 4 separate meals comprised of at least 7 servings each (double batch available upon request!) and you walk away with 28-56 meals on hand to be stored in your freezer and enjoy as desired!
